| With the development of microelectronic devices and portable electronic devices with high integration, small size, and low energy consumption, wireless sensor networks(WSN)have been widely used. However, the development of microelectronic device power supply technology is relatively backward. At present, most WSN nodes are still battery powered, which largely limits the development of WSN.Energy harvesting technology provides a good solution for powering WSN nodes. This dissertation designs a wireless sensor temperature measurement system based on thermoelectric energy harvesting. The thermoelectric module functions as a thermoelectric generator(TEG)to collect the thermal energy of the thermal box and convert it into electrical energy to power the thermocouple temperature measurement amplifier circuit and WSN.At the same time, the thermocouple temperature measurement amplifier circuit converts the temperature of the thermal box into thermoelectric potential, and the WSN converts and uploads to the host computer software and displays it in real time.First, the power generation performance of thermoelectric generators with different thermoelectric module connection methods was tested. In the end,a thermoelectric generator with two thermoelectric modules connected in series was selected to be the system power source.Aiming at the TEG output characteristics,an energy management circuit with maximum power point tracking(MPPT)is designed. It raises the TEG output voltage to the value required by the WSN node, while ensuring the maximum power output of the TEG,and uses supercapacitors to store the energy generated by the TEG during the node sleeps. The End-Device node obtains the temperature of the hot box through the thermocouple temperature measuring amplifier circuit, and after processing the data,it sends the temperature to the WSN coordinating node, and finally uploads the temperature information to the host computer to realize the temperature measurement of the hot box. Finally,a corresponding experimental platform was built, and experiments were performed on each module and the whole of a wireless sensor temperature measurement system based on thermoelectric energy harvesting. The results show that the constructed thermoelectric energy harvesting device can provide electrical energy to the wireless sensor temperature measurement system which can complete the measurement of the temperature of the hot box. |
