Abstract/Summary:
Urban management is a comprehensive system project with many complex management contents.In addition,various problems of urban management stem from different management departments and maintenance units.So it is difficult to coordinate the work of different departments and units.And long-term urban construction is basically make it a rule that to focus on construction and neglect management.This unhealthy concept currently leads to a large number of urban management problems,and it also causes the waste or even the imbalance of urban management resources,and the benign development of the city is inhibited.Therefore,an effective urban management system needs to be designed.It is aimed to solve urban management problems,improve the level of urban management,and then promote the sustainable development of the city and increase the residents' happiness index.The system has solved the outstanding problems in the city management by reporting the cases,establishing the case,dispatching the case,handling the case,feeding the case,and verifying the case.This thesis is based on a thorough study of system requirements and careful analysis.It adopts the J2EE three-tier architecture project that best fits the current system,and uses Spring technology,Android technology,and Oracle 9i database technology to design and implement each functional module of the city management system.According to different functional modules,the city management system is divided into nine subsystems including an information acquisition subsystem,an information acceptance subsystem,an association synchronization subsystem,a geocoding subsystem,an information monitoring system,a configuration management subsystem,a basic spatial data management subsystem,and a comprehensive evaluation subsystem.The subsystem and data resource information exchange subsystem consists of nine subsystems.The information acceptance subsystem,the geocoding subsystem,and the comprehensive evaluation subsystem are the key points and will be described in detail.It strictly follows the three-layer structure when designing and implementing each subsystem.The data storage adopts relational database Oracle 9i,and the programming language is Java that is easy to transplant to mobile terminals.Through the research of this article,a new way of urban management is provided.The level of urban management is improved.The timely,efficient and high coverage of urban management is realized,and the mental outlook of the city is effectively improved.
