With the development trend of high economic globalization," the belt and road initiative" major strategy,the Chinese government's strong support for foreign investment of Chinese enterprises and the new era of industrial reform and technological upgrading of the global trend,more and more Chinese enterprises choose to participate in it.Closely linking their own destiny with the world's economy,has accelerated the pace of Chinese enterprises on the international stage.Although the results of internationalization of Chinese enterprises are still mutual success and failure,but the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is a necessity,reason is the trend of development.Huawei,the world's largest provider of telecommunications network solutions,represents the global economic strength of China's high-tech private enterprises.In this sense,compared with the material wealth created by Huawei,Huawei's experience in business operation and management,as well as Huawei's impact on local enterprises and inspiration is more precious and more valuable.In this context,this paper takes Huawei as an example to analyze Huawei's international business system and its international business strategy.First of all,this paper lists the domestic and foreign scholars to the enterprise internationalization theory research and the Huawei international management research comparison.This paper introduces and explains the internationalization process,internationalization path and strategic choice of enterprises,as well as SWOT analysis tools.After finishing the Huawei company's international operation process and the status quo,the Huawei company's data were summarized and analyzed,and draw comparable data and intuitive charts.On this basis,the author carried out a comprehensive analysis of Huawei's international business strategy.From the internationalizationmotivation,internationalization path has been Huawei's overall internationalization strategy three aspects of Huawei's internationalization strategy for in-depth analysis and anatomy.Combined with the historical choice and important cases of Huawei,the successful factors of its international operation are obtained.Through the establishment of SWOT model,this paper further analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Huawei,and through the SWOT matrix,provides an alternative strategy for the current operation of Huawei.Finally,combined with Huawei's operating environment and operating status,it provides advice and suggestions for Huawei's international operation,and summarizes the experience and inspiration for the international operation and management of private enterprises in China.Huawei is a landmark flag for China's private enterprises to achieve internationalization.Private enterprises want to get a place in the international market,to have accurate positioning,familiar with the rules of the international market,select the appropriate target market,with a long-term perspective.Huawei's success,has its chance also has its inevitability.In the process of internationalization,opportunities and challenges always exist together.Only through continuous self-improvement and understanding and adaptation to the external environment,can China's private enterprises be better based on the international market.
