Research On Reverse News(2013-2017)under Framework Theory

With the rapid development of the Internet,and the dissemination of information increasingly focuses on immediacy.The publication and acquisition of news has become increasingly convenient,and at the same time it has made reversal news more and more frequent,and even became a major spectacle in the Internet era.This paper mainly studies the characteristics,formation mechanism and dynamic process of reversal news in the new media era.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding measures for governance reversal news.This article mainly selects the 2013-2017's annual reversal news as a case study.The article finds that reversing news is a process of change in news,and there is a difference among Reverse news,false news and unreal news.In the era of new media,the reversal of news shows the following characteristics: the launch platform has changed from traditional media to new media,the topical significance of hot topics has been from shallow to deep,and the government,the media,and the audience focus on different sides of reversal news,and reversal news uses more visual expressions.From the formation mechanism,the reversal news comes from the deviation of media reproduction.When there is a certain problem in the reproduction of media,different subjects will compete to introduce new key information,and media,audience,and government will compete for discourse power.In the fight for discourse power,news was reversed.Judging from the dynamic process,the essence of reversing news is the interaction between different frameworks.Through the study of the “Shabumen” incident,the paper finds that the initial reporting framework of reversal news has a tendency.When the framework is not applicable to news facts,the out-of-frame behaviors will be in opposition to the original framework.The two will communicate through framework dialogue,competition and interaction.When the competitor framework replaces the original framework through mediation,the reversal of news is declared.There are intentional and non-intentional points in the reversal of news,in which intentional reversal of the news will have an adverse effect on society and should therefore be addressed.The governance of reversal news can be carried out from three aspects: self-improvement of the media framework,supplementary coordination of the audience framework,and supervision and guidance by the government.
