Design And Realization Of Public Security Enforcement Video And Audio Management System

At present,science and technology of the world are developing rapidly and applied to every aspect of our daily life.Public security organs of courts system shoulder the important mission of safeguarding national security,therefore,informatization of public security departments is particularly important.The Ministry of Public Security has pointed out that science and technology informatization in the current public security reform work occupies a very important position.With the development of High-tech in the fields of computer network and communication,the technology of video and audio processing has also reached a new height,which makes the video and audio management system of public Security department develop relatively mature in today's science and technology informatization.At the same time,when the strategy of public security information construction and the big data strategy of police affairs have made great progress,the audio and audio data in the scene of public security law enforcement are also increasing exponentially.The potential value of these information cannot be underestimated.To a certain extent,it can help the police officers to lock the key quickly and become the important evidence information for the detection of cases,which improves the efficiency of the work of police handling cases.The High-tech,such as the digital "Skynet" which interconnect all things,the "days count" of supercomputing for large amounts of data,as well as the intelligent control of "Tian Zhi",which make the world more intelligent,more automatic and more controllable in the future,and bring new opportunities for the legalization of public security work.The system development work in this paper is based on the analysis,design and development of the existing work of public security.This system has studied the existing problems and shortcomings of the existing public security law enforcement and audio management system,starting from the actual demand of the law enforcement work of the Public Security Bureau,designing the system overall and realizing the visual and audio information management work in the process of public security law enforcement.The description of the main work included in this design as follow:1.The system relying on the framework of the independent development of Shenzhen Aegis Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,according to the analysis of the actual business needs of the public security department,using the development environment construction of the MyEclipse development platform,applies object-oriented Java programming language for system development.2.Through the system analysis,it establishes the backstage database,uses the Enterprise Oracle database development platform to carry on the video and audio data information design,constructs the data table structure and configures the programming interface and so on.3.According to the system design,it completes the development of the system,meets the needs of the user on the system function,characteristics and so on,and realizes the normal operation of the system.This paper has designed and realized video and audio management system for public security law enforcement.This system distributes and stores the video and audio data information of police law enforcement,realizing the effective sharing and unified management of information and making the intelligence development of public security work improved,which provides strong information support and technology guarantee for public security information construction.
