Research On The Basic Standards Of Public Cultural Service Of Urban Grassroots Library

The basic grass-roots library in the city is an important part of the basic public cultural service system.As an extension and extension of library services,although the individual scale,number of collections,and service scope are not as good as those of provincial and municipal libraries,the basic level library is basically the social functions not only maintain the functions of public libraries,but also have the advantages of a wide range of services,high social benefits,and deep-rooted grassroots development and the development of public library cultural services.With the continuous improvement of the economic level,and due to the catalytic role of urbanization,the urban structure is constantly changing,the population scale is continuously expanding,and the urban grass-roots level is one of the most active places in the life of the general public.It has caused earthshaking changes to the public culture of the library.Service functions bring challenges.However,the research on basic standards of public cultural services in grassroots libraries is still progressing slowly.In recent years,with the shift of the focus of government work towards the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural service systems,Since the "public culture" was first mentioned in 2005,public cultural services have developed for 13 years."Standardization and equalization" has become the main contradiction in the current public cultural services.With the shift of the government's cultural service focus to the grassroots,the establishment of basic standards for public cultural services in grassroots libraries is a matter of no delay.This paper tries to build the basic standards of public cultural services in urban grassroots libraries and strives to provide basic public cultural services to the grass-roots community and provide high-level and multi-level public cultural services to the general public,with a view to accelerating the standardization process of grass-roots libraries and promoting the development of public library undertakings.
