| With the development of global trade,business competition is becoming increasingly fierce.China,as the factory for the whole world standing in the leading position of commercial competition,With decades of rapid industrial development,China already has had the top conditions for producing and trading in the world,but there is still much room to improve our ability to create new products.In recent years,the rise of the smart hardware has inspired a large number of enterprises and brands to do related researches and developments(R&D for short).However,there was no universal and intelligible process and methodology about R&D for smart hardware.This leaves a high threshold of entrance and difficulties for some small teams.This thesis will research how to provide a set of efficient and concise processes,which can help small companies to complete the product development of hardware,software or Hardware-Software Cooperation.In the basis of the four directions,basic theory of Process Management,theory of Process Management in Hardware Product(IPD),theory of Process Management in Software Product(Waterfall Model,Scrum),Evaluation System of Process Management(CMM)and optimization theory of Process Management(PACE),this thesis mainly adopts bottom-up literature research to design Six Management Principles of Product Process,which are Whirlpool Principle,Quantifiable Principle,Repeatable Principle,Principle of Test in whole process,Principle of User Companionship,Principle of Structure Reconstitution.These provide a quick and easy set of Management Principle for start-up teams when they design and develop Hardware and Software co-product based on the Bluetooth communication.And in the last chapter,through application and verification of case product management,the research result of this thesis(Management Principle)realizes the shortening of the 36%development cycle in the specific hypothetical environment,and in another simulation experiment,it proves that this Management Principle is more applicable when the start-up teams are unstable and have many problems to solve.This thesis hopes that these six Product Management Principles can help tens of thousands of start-up product companies in China to develop autonomous Hardware and Software co-product in a faster way with lower cost and lower risk. |
