| With the rapid development of Internet technology and manufacturing technology, the requirements for the development of numerical control technology are getting higher and higher, and the management of numerical control equipment is developing in the direction of networking and intelligence.Especially after the Industry 4.0 strategy was put forward, more and more equipment manufacturers shifted their research focus to the CNC equipment interconnection and intelligent production direction. However, due to the large number of types of CNC equipment, there are great differences in the information representation of different numerical control systems.Heterogeneous CNC devices cannot directly communicate with each other, and the existing management schemes between heterogeneous devices are difficult to be compatible. Therefore, many standard protocols for the interconnection of CNC equipment have emerged in the industry, including some open standards and different manufacturers' own standards. These standards have not formed a unified industry. In order to achieve interconnection and interworking among heterogeneous CNC equipment,it is necessary to establish a compatible, interconnected, and flexible architecture based on these mature protocols.Based on the above requirements, this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of several common protocols, and finally adopts the MTConnect protocol proposed by the American AMT Association as the protocol foundation for the interconnection and interworking of CNC equipment.According to the characteristics of MTConnect protocol,a general equipment interconnection and interworking framework model for workshops is proposed to realize the interconnection and interworking of the data between heterogeneous devices and promote the intelligent management of equipment. This article studies the following points:1.Analyze the MTConnect standard protocol, including the working principle of its key technology Agent and the description method of the equipment.According to the interface component type provided by the MTConnect standard,an interface for task interaction between devices and between the device and the client is designed to implement task interaction between the client and the device.2.Based on the characteristics of MTConnect standard,a three-tier architecture model of "Device-Agent-Client" is proposed, and a common architecture model foracquiring and regulating the information format of CNC equipment is designed to implement data communication between CNC systems, devices and client applications.3.Design various functional modules of the client monitoring system, and use the C# language for software coding in the VS2013 development environment.Through the real-time monitoring and control of the "Bluesky" numerical control system, the feasibility of the model framework is verified. |
