| With the introduction of intelligent manufacturing and industry "4.0",more and more industrial robots are put into production operations.In order to avoid the negative impact of faults on production operations or personal safety as much as possible,and to increase production efficiency and quality,it is necessary to monitor the operation status of robots in the production floor to ensure that the robot equipments reach the best working conditions.Nowadays,there is still a big gap between China's research on the status monitoring system of industrial robots and foreign countries.The main manifestations are: different protocol standards for robotic equipments,multiple data collection methods,and inconsistent data expression formats.So that a robot model based on MTConnect protocol standard is established in this paper,and this model is applied to the state monitoring system of industrial robots.Based on the research of the existing robot monitoring system,a robot model based on the MTConnect protocol standard is established and a robot condition monitoring system is designed for the defects of the robot condition monitoring system,which utilizes the advantages of MTConnect to design adapters and agents suitable for this topic to collect data,and the collected data is exported in the MTConnect specification style XML format,which solves the problems of data collection standardization and data expression formatting.The system can realize the timely display of robot status information and has the functions of alarm prompting,historical data query and other functions,which fundamentally improves the processing efficiency of the production workshop and improves the economic benefits of the manufacturing enterprise.The related technologies and contents from the following aspects are described in this paper.1.The requirements of the condition monitoring system,including functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed,and the network architecture of the robot condition monitoring system is determined.In addition,the communication protocols between the various modules of the system architecture and the advantages of the robot condition monitoring system design based on MTConnect are analyzed.2.The mechanical structure of the robot is studied,the robot modeling method based on MTConnect is analyzed,and MTConnect robot data model is established,including static model,component model and process model.3.A rule dictionary mapping algorithm and a method based on improved RSA encryption XML documents are designed.And the specific implementation process of the methods are discussed in detail,the methods are applied to the data conversion process and data encryption storage process.4.The various functional modules of the robot condition monitoring system are designed.The robot status monitoring system software based on MTConnect is designed as a whole,and the functions of each part of the software are realized.5.Robot data acquisition and condition monitoring are verified on the Daye four-axis robot platform.The robot model based on MTConnect designed in this paper can be applied to the condition monitoring system and achieve the standardization of data expression. |
