| With the coming of "silver hair wave",the number of people with heart disease is increasing year by year.The heart disease has the characteristics of having long latent period,being short onset time and being difficult to find and so on.In order to achieve self-monitoring of the heart disease,early detection and prevention of heart attack,at the same time,for the disadvantages of the medical electrocardiogram(ECG)machine with high cost,difficult operation,single function,big power consumption and large volume in present domestic market,an new ECG monitoring system was designed based on the Bluetooth transmission.The work was focused on the preparation of graphic electrode,design of flexible circuit board and circuit module,the realization of the wireless communication between Bluetooth and the building of computer system.Graphic electrode with good flexibility,stable chemical properties and safe biological properties was prepared using the polymer material Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and gold metal(Au),a convex point structure being designed.Then flexible circuit board was made using the acyl film or polyester imide material.On the basis,circuit modules were designed to process the signal.Low-power CC2640 Bluetooth chip was chosen to form the Bluetooth module,and STM32F4 single-chip microcomputer was chosen to control the start and sleep mode of Bluetooth,thus realizing the search,match between Bluetooth,and the wireless communication about ECG data.Finally on the Windows operating system,the USB drivers were designed and developed using Driver Works tools.Binary data from the USB module were restored to display in the form of electrical waveform through the PC software in real time for the convenience to observe.The user can monitor the ECG by itself conveniently,and gain the precious time to detect and treat the disease. |
