Research And Implementation Of Customer Order Change In ERP System

Discrete manufacturing enterprise's main characteristics are its varieties and small batch production,and the manufacturing process is relatively complex.The order is the key factor for enterprise's survival and development,so different customers in the enterprise information system will correspond to personalized orders.In the environment of increasingly competitive market economy,how to make timely,fast and accurate response to order changing request put forward by customers,how to arrange and adjust the ways of designing and production according to the customer's personalized order change request,and how to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise's own market and customer satisfaction are of vital importance.This paper starts from the real-time status of customer orders in the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system,summarizing and concluding the patrol state of customer orders,analyzing the customer orders' changing type in various conditions,and selecting a typical way of order change: reduction of output.Then the information system is given how to get rapid response and effectively handle the process and scheme of order changing.Finally,the functional module of a customer order changing system is designed and realized.The main work includes the following four aspects:(1)Through the actual demand research of a discrete manufacturing enterprise,the indepth understanding of the production process and the organizational structure of enterprise,combining with the enterprise's information system that is in operation,it is summarized the discrete manufacturing's characteristics in the aspects of supply chain and the production process management,as well as the related introduction of the manufacturing information system(database)'s structure design.(2)Based on the ERP system,in the actual operation of a discrete manufacturing enterprise,the execution of customer orders in the information system and the other documents information derived in the process of business process are analyzed.According to the above summarized information,customer order can be decomposed into different types of patrolling status.(3)Customer orders changing system is an independent functional module in the ERP system,when it is designed and realized,it needs to be ensure that this system is fully mixed with the original system in the aspects of supply chain,production process management and database.(4)According to the customer orders in different patrolling states,each state will correspond to certain types of changes,respectively,with a changing processing scheme,to select one of the typical processes: the situation of the changing customer orders production.It carries on the detailed analysis and specific implementation,then makes the relevant instructions.Through the actual operation of the enterprise,it can be seen that the system can effectively help the discrete manufacturing enterprises deal with the orders changing,reduce the job intensity of the scheduling personnels in workshop and greatly improve the product efficiency,so it has a good practicability and customer satisfaction.
