At present,the production management of most small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises in China is still relatively backward.And there are problems in the enterprises,such as inadequate material management and insufficient production optimization.The order-type manufacturing model is more and more popular in small and medium-sized enterprises,which further increases the complexity of workshop production management.For the characteristics and requirements of order-type discrete manufacturing and small and medium enterprises workshop production management,the material and capability of the workshop to optimize material management and production capacity were studied in the thesis,in order to realize the effective management of workshop production and improve the efficiency and efficiency of workshop production under the support of information technology.Integrate the optimization algorithm and design and develop the workshop production management system under the SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)framework to provide data support for the operation and decision-making of the order-based discrete manufacturing workshop.The main research work of this thesis is embodied in the following aspects.The requirements of the workshop production management system of order-type manufacturing enterprises is analyzed.And the system function model of the system is established in the thesis which decomposes the system into modules of job task management,job scheduling management,material management and equipment management,and gives each module for key operational processes of case model.A workshop material and capability integration optimization algorithm is designed for the problems that the production capacity of the workshop could not meet the demand and the shortage of materials caused the delivery delay.Based on the principle of MRP,the principles and objectives of the algorithm are discussed.The adjustment rules are established in the analysis and adjustment of production capacity,calculation and warning of materials.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by a simulation.The SSH framework is used as the overall architecture of the system,and the system is designed based on the functional model of each module.The system's job task management,job scheduling management,material management and equipment management module aredesigned by means of timing diagram and class design.The user table,equipment order table,material inventory table,consumed material inventory table,production order table and emergency list are designed in the database,and the field names,data types,field meanings and constraints of each table are defined.JavaEE technology and SSH framework are selected in the thesis to realize the functions of the main modules of the system.After the production order is entered into the system,the system will optimize the workshop materials and capacity according to the integration optimization algorithm of workshop materials and capacity,and give the capacity adjustment plan,material warning and purchase advice according to the order requirements.In this paper,the main functions of the software system are tested under the laboratory environment,and satisfactory results are obtained.The function of the system is tested and the feasibility of the system is proved.
