Study On The Netnews Of "Depression" Issue

With the rapid development of Chinese society,the whole society turn to industrialization and urbanization,the high competitive working environment and different social problems have made people more and more stressful,thus lead to "depressive disorder" has entered the people's life.But in most people's concept,their attitude to mental illness were prejudice and lack of attention,thus the correct cognition rate and treatment rate of "depressive disorder" in China are very low.Nowadays,mental health is receiving more and more attention from the whole society.Internet media has significant advantages in the dissemination of health information and the intervention of health behaviors.This paper uses the network crawler data mining device to capture the news released on Sina.com.cn about "depressive disorder" in 2003,2005,2010 and 2016 years as this study object.This research by using the method of framework theory,divided the news content into high level,middle level and low level structure to carry on analysis,combined using the SPSS statistical analysis method,so to analyze the prominent characteristics in the news content,and analyze the changes information about "depressive disorder" from the news content in different years.Though this study,to summarize the problems in news content,and put forward the optimization measures and suggestions based on the theory of health communication's ecological model.The study results shows that: in the view of high-level structure,the theme of "depressive disorder" is mainly about describing cases and providing medical service information.From middle level structure point of view,the framework of medical fact framework is the most widely used,and the framework of disease dilemma and responsibility attribution framework are missing.the tendency of reporting is negative,and the patient mainly presents the image of “an accident” or “suffer calamities or disasters”.There are significant differences in contents reported in different years.The "depressive disorder" online report has experienced the development process of the initial period,the scientific period,the stigmatization period,and the period of humanistic care.For better solving the problems in the "depressive disorder",this article combines the ecological model of health communication,to enhance the effect of network media coverage on "depressive disorder" from three aspects of arousing the audience's health appeal,promoting the communication ability of network media and promoting the degree of social participation.
