The rapid development of network and digital multimedia information technology has brought people a wealth of network resources,including image,audio,video and so on.The dissemination and use of these digital multimedia information on the network brings a series of information security problems.Information hiding technology can effectively prevent digital multimedia information from being illegally propagated,tampered with and used on the Internet,and is an important research direction in the field of information security.The basic principle of video-based information hiding technology is to hide secret information in the carrier video data without affecting video playback.The extracted secret information can be obtained from the video through an extraction method.HEVC is the latest video coding standard and has a very high compression efficiency.Research on information hiding technology based on HEVC video has very important theoretical significance and wide application prospects.Based on the in-depth study of the HEVC coding standard technology and the characteristics of the existing video information hiding technology and HEVC video coding data,this paper studies the information hiding technology based on HEVC video.The main research work is as follows:1.A HEVC video information hiding algorithm based on DCT coefficient modification is proposed.The algorithm selects 8×8 transform block coefficients in unreferenced video frames as the embedding carrier.By using a spatial mapping method to modify a coefficient value,4-bit secret information can be embedded,which has high embedding efficiency.Experiments show that the algorithm realizes large-capacity embedding by modifying fewer coefficients,and the quality of embedded video after embedding is less,and it has higher security.2.A lossless HEVC video information hiding algorithm based on index modification is proposed.The algorithm researches the advanced motion vector prediction technology,finds its characteristics,modifies the prediction motion vector index to embed secret information,and corrects the corresponding motion vector residual by matching to ensure that the decoded motion vector remains unchanged.The embedding process does not affect the video quality and realizes lossless embedding.Experiments show that the quality of the video remains unchanged after the embedded secret information.Because of the extensive use of advanced motion vector prediction techniques,there are a large number of positions in the video that can be embedded,making the algorithm have a large embedded capacity.The algorithm is implemented on the decoder side,and the embedded information extraction process has low computational complexity and high real-time performance.3.Design a video information hiding system.Based on the HEVC video information hiding algorithm proposed above,a video information hiding system is designed to implement functions such as information extraction and video quality evaluation.
