In recent years,three-dimensional measurement technology has been widely used in industrial detection,the three-dimensional measurement tenology base on binocular imitated human vision system,which has become the research focus in this direction.TI's TMS320DM8168 multi-core chip system is widely used in video and image processing system because of its powerful video and image processing ability and high reliability.Therefore,based on the principle of double eyes and single face,this paper designs and studies the three-dimensional measurement system based on binocular,and sets up a three-dimensional measurement system with DM8168 development board as the core.On the basis of the previous work,this paper uses linear structured light to restore the high precision of the light stripe based on horopter.Through the selection of the edge features of the light stripe,the high precision restoration effect is realized,which avoids the problem that the traditional three-dimensional measurement is difficult to match the no texture objects and mismatches more.The binocular structured light high precision 3D reconstruction algorithm based on horopter used in this project,which has the disadvantages of large amount of data and slow processing speed,this paper proposes a computational optimization method based on embedded DM8168 system under the condition of const limit,which is based on the DSP of TMS320C674 X series.The optimization methods include reducing the amount of data processing,conventional optimization,optimization of angle conversion calculation,etc.Finally,the two images of 1628*1236 size collected by the network camera can achieve fast 3D restoration processing,and it has higher accuracy.The proposed method has great value in engineering application.
