| The development of science and technology cannot be separated from the support of equipment.All universities,institutes and enterprises need the support of advanced equipment management system.With the development of computer network technology,the distributed computing system with client/server structure as the core has been mainstream in equipment management system,such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology Equipment Management System.In the past of ten years,the equipment management system has been gradually turned into a browser/server architecture.The common features of these two kinds of equipment management systems are that they are centered in equipment administrators,and that the administrator processes the field information of the equipment and makes the device static management.With the rapid development of the current social economy,the number of devices and the increasing number of device accessories,the rise of mobile devices and the increasing portability and liquidity of equipment have caused the equipment management efforts of universities,research institutes and enterprises and institutions facing a huge challenge.Existing equipment management systems can easily cause equipment updating not in time,equipment management problems after much transferring,and equipment management inefficiencies.Such an administrator-centered equipment management mode cannot afford more and more complicated equipment management tasks,so equipment management also need to keep pace with the times.With the IoT becoming more and more integrated into people's lives and the mature development of mobile internet technology,to solve the pain points of equipment management in various universities,research institutes and enterprises,we propose a personal equipment management system as a solution that utilizes powerful mobile terminals and enterprise clouds storage system.We propose to allow individual users as one of the management roles,so that individual users and administrators manage enterprise equipment together through the Internet.The innovation of this system has taken into account the change of the way of equipment management and realized the mobile equipment management.It also displays the diversity of equipment information,embodies the rich text attributes of equipment and integrates into the concept of Internet of Things,and combines the Internet of Things with equipment management.This system enables individual users to manage the equipment owned by their own through the mobile terminal.In addition to the basic device management functions,the system also incorporates the internet technology and the Internet of Things concept.The system uses cameras,GPS,Air-print wireless printing and QR code generation and Scanning and other technologies,to provide equipment image,equipment location,equipment search,equipment label printing and QR code,and other personal equipment management capabilities.While using the Internet content services,we try to explore the classification methods for the system to provide the function of equipment search.The system can enrich the experience of the user's equipment management,thereby it can reduce the pressure on the work of equipment administrators.In the next research,this system will make greater use of Internet technology and further research the method of equipment retrieval,and expand the function of equipment location,and combine the iPv6 technology to locate the network addresses of some equipment.We mainly introduce the whole work of this paper through the research background,related technologies,detailed system design,application of Internet technology in the system and system testing. |
