With the development of computer simulation and virtual reality technology,digital factory technology is getting more and more popularization and application in the manufacturing industry.due to the highly automated and systematic operation and line facility,it's hard to comprehensively and accurately embody the dynamic capacity and logistical behave of the automated workshop using the traditional method based on mathematical analyze and human experience.to solve this problem,it's necessary to introduce a dynamic technology and systematic approach based on digital factory simulation technique.In this paper,the background of this project and the research and application status of digital factory are reviewed,and the concept,system framework,implementation process and key technology of digital factory are introduced in detail,besides,the framework of digital factory is stated from two stages including system planning and on-line operation.based on the research of digital factory,this paper analyzes the current status of production line planning and it's problem of an 3C industry workshop,and on the premise of pinpointing the bottleneck of the production line by introducing two parameters comprise blocking time and starving time,a simulation-based method for production line planning is proposed and testified.at last,based on the actual situation of the production line,a simulation model of the automated workshop is established and used to analyze and optimize the the strategy of stop station and dispatch logic of the robot in the production line,which have an effect on the production capacity.Through the work above,this paper provides a method combined with digital factory simulation tool for the planning of automated production line.compared with traditional planning method,the former complished a more reasonable planning for the facilities on the production line,and accurately realizes the planning and measurement of the automated production line,which ensures the accuracy of data input for the subsequent production planning.meanwhile,this paper also optimizes the dispatch strategy of the logistics equipment,thus improves the throughput the production line further.
