Electromagnetic spectrum,as a shared,non renewable national strategic resources,is widely used and is increasingly decrease.Effective radio monitoring is an important part of radio management,and scientific monitoring methods can provide strong technical support for spectrum management.In this paper,two main contents of radio management are studied by using spectral data which are homogeneous signal sorting and estimation and prediction of electromagnetic situation.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the two main contents,and analyzes the development process and research status at home and abroad.Then the sorting and matching of the homologous signals of location based on the received signal strength is studied,and the method of sorting the same period and the same frequency and the same bandwidth receiving power queue is proposed,the sorting method is analyzed with the actual positioning results.The correct positioning of the radiation source is helpful to grasp the electromagnetic situation in a certain region.Then according to the distribution characteristics of electromagnetic signals,this paper selects the surface spline interpolation algorithm and applies it to the electromagnetic distribution state estimation,and improve the accuracy of the estimation results by the improved method.Finally,the electromagnetic distribution trend is predicted based on the Fuzzy C-Means clustering of the Markov forecasting model,and achieved considerable results.In this paper,the sorting and matching of the homologous signals are analyzed with different sorting and matching parameters based on the experimental data,and the accuracy of sorting and matching is verified by the accuracy of the positioning results.The application of spline interpolation algorithm in the estimation of the electromagnetic situation is experimented through three different cases,finally,it is concluded that the electromagnetic distribution state estimation has a higher accuracy under the balance equation by compare the estimated accuracy of various situations.
