| As we all know,hot water plays a vital role in modern society,it affects our daily life,studies,work,entertainments and son on,in order to make customers have a good water experience,achieving monitoring of hot water system has practical significance.The traditional hot water system adopts wired centralized monitoring mode,and the monitoring software is installed on the computer.In addition,the staff who must stay indoors can only realize the remote monitoring in local area network,and their workplace and time are subject to great restrictions.With the rapid development of intelligent terminals and WLAN,the trend of monitoring software installed on mobile phone is becoming more and more obvious,and it has been gradually applied in the field of intelligent agriculture,environmental monitoring,intelligent home and so on.This thesis designs and realizes a remote monitoring APP for solar-air source heat pump hot water system,combined with PLC control technology,wireless network technology and iOS technology.This APP can achieve 24-hour monitoring,liberate labor force,improve the efficiency of maintenance,and ensure efficient operation of hot water system.The paper firstly make a comprehensive analysis of the existing deficiencies of the original hot water system monitoring mode,then proposes a remote APP monitoring scheme with wireless transmission instead of wired communication,intelligent terminal replace computer.Based on the overall design,completes the design of solar hot water unit and communication module,including the selection of the solar collectors,hot water operation mode,auxiliary heat source and WiFi module.Through the analysis of demand and technique,this dissertation complete the design and development of the monitoring APP with Hybrid APP development mode,MVC design pattern,Xcode and Dreamweaver development tools,Objective-C and HTML development language.Finally,design test cases and with the help of test tools,makes compatibility testing,functional testing and performance testing for the application software,then get objective analysis according to the test results.Through a large number of tests show that the iOS application software has complete function,flexible operation,stable system,can greatly facilitate the staff remote monitoring hot water system.This system is economical and practical,shows a certain advantage in the intelligence,flexibility,scalability and so on.what's more,such a solution has a high value of reference for other areas of monitoring. |
