With the problems of fossil energy depletion and environmental pollution intensified,solar energy as a pollution-free renewable energy has gradually get the community’s attention.Solar water heating system can use solar energy to heat water,but the instabilities of solar energy have a great influence on the heating efficiency of the system.Heat pump heating efficiency is relatively high and the use of the environment requires less,but need to consume part of the power.The solar heat pump composite hot-water system combine solar heating with heat pump heating,complementing each other,especially in low light conditions.How to realize the composite system with stable heating performance and the lowest power consumption of the system is the focus of this paper.The design idea and flow of the solar heat pump composite hot-water system are put forward,and some solutions to the common problems are discussed according to the actual project experience.On this basis,the design of the system controller and the control strategy are studied.Through the modular design of the controller,the stability and expansibility of the system controller are improved,and the control mode of the controller is analyzed in detail.Taking the double-tank solar heat pump system as an example,the design steps of the system control strategy are given.The control strategy can give the opening time and the running time of the air source heat pump according to the user’s needs and the actual operating conditions.To achieve the air source heat pump control.The dual-tank solar water heat pump system was tested and the critical condition of the controller was tested.The results show that the system energy-saving control strategy can effectively improve the utilization of solar energy and reduce the running time of air-source heat pump on the basis of guaranteeing the user’s demand,and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
