Chip secure is the most important sort of embedded system,The traditional chip security measures can only be increased to a certain extent,the difficulty of attacking the chip data,Increased the the price which attacker attacks chip information,And can not fundamentally eliminate the threaten attacks on the chip data.PUF(Physical unclonable functions)is the method using CRPs(Challenge Response Pairs)to extract system security key.The correspondence of each CRP is determined by the certain physical differences during the manufacturing process of individual equipment.Because each IC chip has its unique physical properties,and can not be predicted nor be cloned.The paper first introduced the basic principles and the Core Characteristics of PUF circuit,focused on the core circuit structure and development history of Arbiter PUF and RO PUF based on delay PUF.But tarditional delay PUF remained some problem with asymmetry circuit and poor Core Characteristics,aimed at this problem,the paper designed a noval delayed PUF circuit,optimized the core delay circuit from all sides.Completed the circuit schematic design and Given the constraction of the signal excitation module态the delay circuit module and the Uart module.Simultaneously,according to the PUF delay parameter analysis,the paper presented a delayed PUF prediction model which could be used to predict PUF Core Characteristics with measured data.The paper used Monte Carlo simulation analysis of two kinds of delay PUF in Cadence platform,the results showed that this structure of the delayed PUF had excellent Core Characteristics and anti-aged characteristics.Simultaneously,established a parametric model and Core Characteristics prediction model in Matlab,experimental results from FPGA platform showed the feasibility of the model.
