In the course of the continuous advancement of the reform of the education for all and the higher education system in China in recent years,the number of students in major universities in the country continues to increase,undoubtedly bringing great challenges to the limited administration of school affairs in the short term.How to use information technology in a rational and efficient way at the current stage to optimize and upgrade the effective educational administration management model has become an effective channel for all major universities to effectively solve the shortage of educational management resources and excessive management staff work pressure.This article systematically reviews and studies JAVA technology,database technology,network technology,and the business process of teaching management in secondary vocational colleges.It collates and summarizes research results of educational management systems at home and abroad,and tries to design and implement a The B / S Mode Teaching Management System in Vocational Colleges.The system selects Tianjin First Business School as a specific case study object,and it is used as the main research object of the system requirements analysis.Then it selects SQL Server 2014 as the system database engine and uses JAVA language for programming.First of all,through the visits,investigations,and evidence collection of relevant management personnel of the school's educational administration department,based on an in-depth understanding of the current problems faced by the school's educational administration work and the specific needs of relevant management personnel for the management of educational administration,UML tools are used for system users.The need for a unified modeling and writing the specific functional requirements of the system manual,to complete the system's needs analysis.Then the overall architecture of the system is designed in detail,and the specific functional modules of the system are divided and analyzed according to the requirements analysis section.Based on this design idea,the system is divided into five functional modules,specifically: the teacher management module,the course management Module,exam management module,score management module and system management module.After the discussion and determination of the system's overall functional module research and development program,the overall design of the system database was performed,making the overall system design more rigorous and scientific.In addition,the data processing sequence diagrams of each module are also given in the specific design of these functional modules.In the final part of the dissertation,the implementation process of the system was described according to the requirements and design contents of each function module in the previous text,and the interface screenshots of each module were given.This article adopts the object-oriented design principles and design patterns,and integrates the modular design ideas into the system module design.Through the series of charts such as flowcharts,sequence diagrams,activity diagrams,class diagrams,and ER diagrams,the system design is in-depth.Explained.In this paper,the object-oriented design principles and design patterns,the modular design ideas into the system module design,through the flow chart,timing diagram,activity diagram,class diagram,ER diagram and a series of charts,the system design in-depth Explain.
