Since the release of the “Reform and Opening” policy,the Chinese economy has been always in a high-speed developing period,by achieving a series of great achievements in nearly four decades.By the Gate opening,the Chinese Manufacturing Industry has obtained leapfrog development.“Made in China” is a symbol of our country,remarking the remarkable development of Chinese Manufacturing Industry and the acceptance from the market,which represents the prosperity of Chinese economy.In the year 2016,the promotion of the plan “Made in China 2025” brings a lot of great opportunities to Chinese Manufacturing companies,especially the companies which own theirs know-how or patents.The comprehensive strength of China is sharply increased by the development of the economy.The support from the government,and open market in and abroad China brought both the opportunities and challenges in the same time to Chinese companies.The foreign capital and foreign products are pouring in Chinese market since 1979,which raises more strict requirements to Chinese companies in order to face the stronger and stronger competition.How to build up a company with core competitiveness and anti-risk ability is an existing question should be faced by every company.In order to develop sustainably in such market environment,manufacturing companies should use the theoretical system of development strategy to instruct the development of the companies.While during the usage of the theory,we should combine the theory with the actual situation.The strategic practice may also need to compromise to reality.The method and practice of this thesis are closely combined with the practical situation of enterprise and strategic management theory.The first part is an overview discussion of the strategic management.The second part is the SWOT analysis,which includes the potential external opportunities and challenges as well as the internal weaknesses and strengths,by combining the actual development situation of Han's Display and Semiconductor Business Division,and of the market situations of different industries.After that,we can work out a more suitable strategic development policy to enhance the competitiveness of the division,and become a more superior manufacturing company in the market.
