| Satellite mobile communication has the advantages of wide area coverage,remote communication distance,flexible communication and reliable circuit.The system has a wide range of applications,and it can be used in many aspects such as telephone,telegraph and data.It is suitable for civil communication and military communication.Satellite mobile communication has become an important development direction of communication business.Video system based on satellite mobile communication is becoming more and more important in the field of battlefield investigation and command,rescue and disaster relief,news gathering,public safety,field operation and scientific investigation.Therefore,it is very important to provide high definition,stable and uninterrupted satellite video communication.Based on the practical application of the project,a mobile video communication system based on the vehicle platform is designed.The system supports telephone,IP,synchronism and asynchronism data and video service,and the video conference function is implemented.This system has completed related test.The engineering feasible solutions was provided for high quality satellite mobile video communication.The main contents of this thesis are:1.From three affection factors of satellite mobile video communication,according to the research of the channel characteristics of satellite communication,antenna tracking technology and image codec technology,the degree of impact of various factors on the system and the correlation calculation formul is determined.This thesis also introduce the principal of the system design.A variety of factors needs to be considered during the process of the system design like the advancement,economical and achievable.2.Base on the project of satellite mobile video communication system design,we complete the designation of the system,which include the network-construction design,component unit design and system technical design.Then through the link budget,the antenna calibre of the system and the output power of the transmitter are obtained,and the specific scheme of the system configuration is given.At the same time,according to the needs of video conference communication,the design of video link for satellite communication based on broadcast was given.The video conference is implemented in the video communication through the role setting of the user station by the center station.The video communication scheme not only contents the needs of video conference,but also ensures the stable transmission of telephone and IP communications.This system could use the wave beam coverage of commercial satellite with Ku band.It has the characteristics of flexible network-construction,the ability of mobile video signal stability transmission.3.Combined with practice,the equipment installation and debug of the vehicle station is completed,a satellite mobile video communication network is planned and formed,and the small scale network-construction of the vehicle station is completed,and the intercommunication between the telephone,IP and video conferencing of the vehicle station is implemented.Then,the antenna tracking test and video communication test under the static state and the moving state are carried out.The test includes the environment conditions such as the bumping Road,the rain,and the occlusion.The test results show that the system antenna has high tracking accuracy and short acquisition time,and video communication is fluent and stable. |
