| Normally,field devices can be controlled by device monitoring system according to the change of environment.However,when users put forward new requirements or change the control rules,it is necessary to send back the device monitoring modules for reprogramming,which has brought a lot of trouble to practical application.Therefore,this thesis designed an intelligent device monitoring system based on the LoRa technology of the IOT(Internet of things),realizing remote modification of the control rules of the device monitoring modules and on-line monitoring of the device condition.The design of intelligent device monitoring system is given.The intelligent device monitoring system composed of device monitoring module,IWG200 gateway,MSP(Multi-Service Platform)and client software is discussed.The software process of intelligent device monitoring system running on the client end is designed in detail,including interface initialization module,association configuration interface,device management interface,device monitoring interface and other modules.The design of input and output correlation is discussed emphatically.Through the association configuration interface,the newly set control mode,such as multiple to one series control and multiple to one parallel control mode,and its parameters are passed to the device monitoring module to realize the remote modification of the control rules of the device monitoring modules.The real-time monitoring of the status,environmental parameters and control output of the device monitoring module is realized,enabling the system to be applied to various application scenarios.Through the functional test,it is showed that the intelligent device monitoring system designed by the thesis meets the design requirements. |
