| With the rapid development of network and digital;For enterprises,how to establish a set of information management system platform with customer service as the center has become a serious problem for most enterprises in China.The customer management system of water resources group based on J2EE(Java 2 Enterprise Edition)is designed in this paper.The database My SQL design is adopted to analyze the information data involved in the customer relationship service business.The unified modeling language(UML)is adopted to analyze and model customer management requirements analysis,and the framework combining Struts and Hibernate is used.This paper studies the customer relationship management system based on information means.The design goal of the system is to apply it to the daily customer relationship management of enterprises.It is mainly reflected in the overall management of the daily business of enterprises,the maintenance of customer information,the promotion of water resources group business and other major business aspects.In terms of functional design,the system adopts modular design to meet the practical requirements of customer management mode of water resources group to the maximum extent.Customer management system on the design,combined with the actual situation of water group,mainly for system requirements analysis,functional module division,database model analysis,and designed the database structure and application.On the basis of demand analysis and design theory,software architecture design in detail,through the activity diagram,sequence diagram,component diagram and class diagram describes the design of system structure,through database model diagram and network chart describes the implementation of the system,and simply describes the system test.The system is now in operation,stable and reliable,achieving the design goal.In terms of innovative design,this paper is mainly reflected in the adoption of hierarchical design pattern architecture in system design based on the actual situation of enterprise business requirements.In the aspect of system function realization,modular design is adopted.In this way,the advantages of design can highlight the features and advantages of each system function module,and the system functions are detailed so that the system design can cover all aspects of business requirements and maximize the system functions.The establishment of the entire customer relationship management system greatly meets the daily operation and maintenance requirements of the enterprise and improves the office effect,which is of great reference value to the industry. |
