After entering the 21 st century,with the expansion of the scale and scope of global economic integration,the world publishing industry is gradually developing towards internationalization.The international development of China's publishing industry is still in the primary stage,and the international development ideas and methods adopted by publishing enterprises are limited.After China's accession to the world trade organization,it has created conditions for China's publishing industry to enter the international market,but at the same time,more and more international publishing groups enter the Chinese market,which brings huge competition for the development of Chinese publishing enterprises.If China's publishing industry wants to gain a foothold in the international market,it must realize international management,take corresponding countermeasures and make perfect development plans.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the international status of China's publishing industry and find out the problems and solutions.Based on the in-depth analysis of the publishing industry after the basic theory and related concepts of internationalization development,enterprises were summarized and the developing trend of the internationalization and path selection.At the same time it explored the present situation of the development of China's publishing industry and the existing problems under the background of "One Belt And One Road",and began to find the measures to promote the development of China's publishing industry internationalization.In the study of this article also deeply realize that the internationalization development of publishing industry,will need to go the way of resources reasonable allocation and market regulation,and the road is not achieved overnight,need government and publishing companies in China from the perspective of different joint efforts.They need to combine with the advantages and disadvantages of China's publishing industry in the international market,quickly open the international market policy,and find the competitive advantage of Chinese publishing.
