The Electromechanical project management information system is to use the computer system application development technology to carry on the information management to the project work and the project flow of the electromechanical engineering company.It can establish standardized process and informationize the process,real-time monitoring and intelligent decision-making of resources.It can plan,manage and test the rationality,systematicness and effectiveness of project implementation,and help enterprises improve the timeliness,standardization,symmetry and accuracy of project management information.It provides reliable and clear data support for enterprises and systematic support for project management and decision-making.This paper makes a detailed analysis and introduction of the development and implementation process of the electromechanical project management information system by using the relevant ideas of software development.Firstly,in the stage of technology selection,the characteristics of system requirements are simply analyzed,and it is pointed out that using B/S mode is more suitable for the maintenance and updating of the system in the later stage.Using SSM framework to develop can help the development process,and it also provides the possibility of secondary development of the system.In the aspect of database selection,My SQL database system with open source and stability is selected.Then it carries on the demand analysis,focusing on the demand background analysis,function analysis,business process analysis,use case analysis,non-functional analysis and so on.In addition,the design of the system is introduced in detail,including system architecture design,database design,software logic and structure level design,and security design.Then it describes the system implementation,deployment and testing,focusing on system management,contract management,Electromechanical project management,cost management,electromechanical equipment management and other module functions.Then the database access technology used in the system development is introduced in detail.Finally,the method of system testing is introduced,and the system pressure test is carried out.Ganglia is used as the monitoring tool of system load and performance,and the detailed monitoring image and test results of system performance indicators are given.At present,the management information system of the mechanical and electrical project has been put into use.In the actual application process,it helps the company to improve the work efficiency of mechanical and electrical project management,and has good economic benefits and application value.At the same time,this study provides a reference for the design and development of similar systems.
