With the rapid development of new media technologies,online media platforms have become the distribution center for all kinds of network information,and it is normal for people to use the Internet to obtain health information.In the huge and complicated information on internet,the health rumors use the lack of professional knowledge of netizens,the lack of verification consciousness,the panic mentality and other complex conditions,and spread through the multi-interlace of network relations.The spread of dissemination is fast and the scope of damage is wide.It has gradually become one of the main factors affecting the health of the people.At the same time,with the "Healthy China"strategy,the importance of national health has been highlighted.In the context of the continuous development of Chinese society and the improvement of people's living standards,health issues have attracted more and more attention and created for health communication.A good social environment,reducing communication barriers,improving communication effects,and escorting policy implementation are eternal issues in health communication and must also be responsible.For this reason,it is more practical to combine the"healthy China"strategy with the rumored research of health rumors.This paper takes the cyber health rumors of 2018 as the object of empirical research,analyzes the rumors of mainstream media and social media,explores the similarities and differences between the two,explores how the two work together,and exerts the greatest rumbling effect to seek more Targeted effective tactics.Through the integration of domestic and foreign scholars' literature on health China,health communication,and health rumors,this paper discusses the connotation development and significance of health China strategy,the concept and characteristics of health communication,the conducts health communication analysis,health rumors in the network,propagation analysis and digestion analysis.The definition of cyber health rumors is defined in relation to the dissemination of health-related content by humans,dissemination through online channels,public interest,unsubstantiated or unsubstantiated information.At the same time,according to the content of the Healthy China Strategy,the types of health rumors are roughly divided into five categories:medical disease control,drug supervision,food safety,health care,and social services.This paper constructs the research framework and element system of the rumors of health rumors,with the "China Internet Joint Demolition Platform"(Xinhua Network)and People's Network as the mainstream media representatives,with WeChat and Weibo as social media representatives,and these four The 2018 network health rumors of the research platform were empirically studied to compare the rumors and characteristics of the two types of media.Firstly,a descriptive statistical analysis of the and social media.There is a correlation between the release time and type of health rumors;the type of health rumors and the rumors of originality.There is a correlation between them;there is a correlation between the types of health rumors and the sources of rumors;there is a correlation between the types of health rumors and the areas involved in rumbling information.This paper also puts forward its own suggestions on the optimization of network health tactics from three aspects:census environment mechanism,rumor platform mechanism and rumor content mechanism,in order to promote the establishment of sustainable development rumor governance system.First of all,it is necessary to work together to build a comprehensive environmental mechanism.The national government should speed up the legislative work,improve the legal security system,increase penalties for vicious attainments,purify cyberspace,protect citizens'basic rights,and improve citizens'health at the same time.Literacy and discriminating ability,especially for middle-aged and elderly people,have introduced corresponding supporting measures to make it easier for people to acquire,understand and use health information and health services.Secondly,it is necessary to optimize the rumor platform mechanism,explore the new model of the integration of mainstream media and social media,and promote the breadth and depth of cooperation between the two.Finally,it is necessary to adjust the rumor content mechanism to expand the communication and influence of health rumors.
