In the current economic life,means of marketing has become a key of enterprise survival and development,in the fierce market competition,enterprises should promptly respond to market changes,therefore it is necessary to establish a market-oriented operation mechanism to make enterprises in an impregnable position,marketing in the enterprise key role is self-evident.Market,such as the battlefield,who can do a good job in marketing who grasp the initiative in the battlefield,it is possible to crush the opponent in the business war.Therefore,it is particularly important to be able to better capture market feedback,formulate marketing plans in line with market needs,have mature marketing strategies,collect market feedback and establish a detailed system of expenses.The marketing cost management system based on SiebelCRM adopts the B/S architecture commonly adopted in enterprise management at present.Compared with the C/S architecture,the B/S architecture saves a lot of trouble in local deployment and has no excessive requirements for the client,which ensures the popularity of the system in the front-line.Siebel,as the largest software service provider in the CRM field,has unique advantages in marketing activities,expense management,contract management and data security control,and can realize the management of enterprise marketing expenses faster and better.Therefore,Siebel tool is selected as the final implementation tool to realize enterprise cost control.The logical structure of marketing expense management system is divided into three layers:data layer,business logic layer and UI layer.The system adopts the current mainstream Oracle database.The enterprise marketing expense management system involves four modules:basic data management,budget management,marketing expense management and contract rebate management.The basic data management is responsible for the management of stores,channel customers,products and price lists;The budget management may realize the budget import,the budget adjustment supplementary,the budget occupation use;The management of marketing expenses includes the management of expense application,the managernent of expense settlement,expense analysis,application for verification and cancellation,and the management of expense pool;Contract rebate management realizes the functions of contract task,rebate calculation and dealer confirmation.The construction of the system can realize the feedback of market changes,can grasp the latest market trends in a timely manner,reduce the opacity of cost management,and establish a marketing feedback mechanism with guiding significance,which can truly help enterprises to realize the systematization of cost subjects.
