Firefighting equipment management is the logistical support for firefighting and rescue dispatching and an important part of the information construction of firefighting forces.At present,there is a manual entry of equipment data in the firefighting equipment management system,resulting in poor data timeliness,large management workload,and lack of effective methods for forecasting equipment inventory,and other issues.This article takes the "Guangdong Province Fire Fighting and Fire Rescue Combat Command Cloud Platform" project as background,in-depth analyzes the status quo of the domestic and foreign equipment management systems,proposes a firefighting equipment information collection scheme based on the Internet of Things,and designs an overall framework firefighting equipment management system,and establishes a prediction model for the reserves of firefighting equipment based on the reliability,and complete the design and implementation of the system.Thesis work mainly includes:(1)A firefighting equipment information collection scheme based on Internet of Things is proposed.Based on the in-depth study of the application of Internet of Things technology,analyzes the problem of the equipment information-dependent human input,and proposes a firefighting equipment information collection scheme based on the Internet of Things.The scheme uses active RFID tags to identify equipment information,Radio Frequency Identification collect equipment information,and uses the Internet and firefighting intranets to complete information transmission and achieve autonomous collection and real-time supervision of firefighting equipment information.(2)A prediction model for the reserves of firefighting equipment based on the reliability is established.In order to achieve a balance between the effectiveness of equipment support and equipment reserves,and to solve the problem of excessive equipment reserves caused by human experience,this article has conducted in-depth research on the development status of equipment spare parts management at home and abroad.On this basis,a firefighting equipment reserve prediction model based on equipment support was established.According to the distribution of equipment life,the model divides the equipment into exponential distribution,normal distribution and Weibull distribution,and establishes a prediction model of equipment reserves based on the degree of protection for different categories of equipment.The balance between equipment support and equipment reserves was achieved.(3)Designed and developed a firefighting equipment management system which are based on the Internet of Things.The requirements of equipment management were fully investigated,the overall architecture of the firefighting equipment management system based on the Internet of Things was designed,and the software technology platform program,data calculation and storage scheme,and system function module division scheme were formulated,and the design and implementation of the system were completed.The system has been deployed in more than 40 firefighting control units under the fire brigade of Foshan and Dongguan in Guangdong Province.It has managed about 200,000 pieces of firefighting equipment with good results.
