| At present,the competition in the banking industry has been reflected in the human resource more directly.In order for the domestic banking industry to adapt to the new competitive pattern,the human resource management must make breakthrough in the old management system.Therefore,it is highly necessary to develop an automatic,convenient and scientific bank human resource management system with the purpose of improving the management efficiency of human resource in those banks.According to the development of human resource management system of Tianjin Bank,this paper mainly introduces the characteristics of human resource management system and discusses the whole development process.The whole development process has been also discussed.In addition,this paper has made a comprehensive analysis on the bank human resource management system in terms of development background,need and feasibility.From the perspective of design,this paper has described the overall design and also provided the ideas of module design,operation platform and overall framework.The relevant functions have been realized.The realization of each function has been also described in details.The prediction of the future development direction and the outlook on the future work has been also made.With the aid of the newest technologies based on J2EE platform,MySQL database,Hibernate plus Struts framework and JSP technology.The system effectively completes Basic data module information processing module business operation module and system management module is running well after system testing.The most distinctive feature of this paper is to integrate information technologies into the operation of the banks.Moreover,various theories related to personnel management,such as information technologies and economy as well as organizational behavior,have been involved in the system development.Aimed at the obvious flaws in the personnel management of the banks,some proper measures have been put forward. |
