With the development of Zhengzhou's rail transit,more than a dozen underground railways will be delivered to the operation in the next decade.Zhengzhou rail transit is developing rapidly,the contract volume has increased dramatically,and the existing offline contract management methods and features are far from meeting the needs of cities and enterprises development.Neglecting contract management means that it is impossible to effectively control project quality,schedule,and cost,and it is hard to mention human resources,work communication,and risk management.Therefore,Zhengzhou Railway Company urgently needs to establish a complete contract management system to standardize and guide the standardization and advanced management of contracts.Based on the analysis of actual business needs and integrated management ideas,a management system for contracts was designed and implemented.The contract management system is based on the Oracle standard contract module and the customized requirements module.The system adopts B/S structure,which can be centrally managed and maintained.The client is free of installation and zero maintenance,and it uses clustering technology to realize reasonable distribution of user layer,WEB server,application server and database server.It uses an N-tier architecture to deploy multiple layers of data servers and application servers.It uses RAC to deploys the data server separately on a separate server.For an application server,it uses multi-node management.The system mainly realizes contract model management,contract plan,contract signing,contract change,contract payment,contract guarantee,and contract settlement management.The implementation of the system can standardize the management of contract data,and finally generate and count all kinds of real and effective analysis reports.Secondly,the system has established a unified contract management process.Through the authority control of system management,data sharing and job coordination among posts or departments can be achieved to achieve online approval in a real sense.Thirdly,it establishes the management of the contract module:in the whole life cycle,and realizes the integration of the contract module with the payable module of the financial system,the assets and inventory module of the material management system,the workflow system of office automation and the internal portal of the enterprise,so as to realize the whole life cycle management of contract planning,signing,changing,payment and settlement.Finally,the contract management in the integrated platform focuses on the convergence of the front and rear cross-functional business management processes,from the budget(plan)preparation,acceptance and payment in the contract performance process,contract financial accounting to the regression analysis of the overall project budget estimates,to form a centralized,efficient,transparent and safe contract management platform.The application of the system can complete the whole process of contract management,covering the core business needs of all departments of the company,for easy maintenance of various contract data,meet the contract comprehensive query,project budget analysis regression analysis,project:investment completion analysis and financial accounting management requirements,and greatly improving the collaborative office efficiency across thecompany and departments.
