Research On Governmental We-Media Of Gansu Province

The rapid development of science and technology in the environment of media convergence has brought new changes to the whole communication paradigm.Continuously innovation of the media has provided a platform for more and more organizations,groups and individuals to share their voices.In this era of rapid change in media forms,governmental self-media,as a new element,has entered people's lives and interpreted different styles on the historical stage.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of media convergence,defines the concept and connotation of media convergence from its causes and forms,and then analyze the change of communication pattern and process brought about by media convergence.Technological change has a profound impact on the media environment,and the media environment also plays a counter force on technology.They are inseparable and complementary.In such a large pattern,the development of new media from the initial portal site to the new type of short video has begun to germinate and grow in more and more platforms.Self-media also has various forms of expression and has a profound impact on the social and communication paradigm.Chapter 3 also makes a concise discussion on the development and characteristics of government self-Media in China when analyzing the relevant content of self-media.Chapter 4 firstly introduces the development of government self-Media in Gansu Province,which is the theme of this paper.The construction of self-Media platform in Lanzhou,the capital of a city with relatively gathering the resources and economic,is presented digitally with data.Bycomparing with a western city,Chengdu and Nanjing in the south,the three dimensions of public security,health and education are closely related to people's livelihood.The forms and keyword-clouds show readers the development status of government affairs self-Media of the three.Reflections on the problems brought about by the presentation of data can be seen from tables and keyword-clouds that the main problems in the development of governmental self-Media in our province at present,the causes and countermeasures are analyzed according to the problems.
