| The outline of the 13 th five‐year plan points out that to become a pillar industry of the national economy,the added value of the cultural industry should account for5% of the total added value.At the same time,a series of relevant policies have been issued to continuously release the dividend of reform and provide a good opportunity for the development of the cultural industry.As an important member of the cultural industry,the development and expansion of the publishing and media industry are aided by many preferential policies of the state.However,with the development of economy and the gradual integration of globalization,the development of the publishing and media industry is also facing many new opportunities and challenges.As a cultural leading enterprise in hubei province,Changjiang Media has certain influence.Therefore,this paper hopes to provide some reference for other publishing media industries by analyzing the profit model of Changjiang Media.This paper selects literature research method,case analysis method and quantitative analysis method to analyze Changjiang Media.Firstly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of Changjiang Media and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Changjiang Media's profit model.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of Changjiang Media's profit model based on relevant financial indicators.Thirdly,the paper points out some problems existing in the current profit model of Changjiang Media through comparative analysis of inter‐industry data.For example,although Changjiang Media has been trying to expand the diversified development pattern,its profit point is relatively single,its investment structure is not reasonable,and it has not done a good job in financial cost management.At last,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems existing in Changjiang Media,hoping to help Changjiang Media and other similar enterprises. |
