For thousands of years,people have known the world through the senses of sight,hearing and touch,and the most important of these is vision.Video development from the original black and white picture,to the color picture,to later 3D images and the recent VR experience,so that our ordinary people can more intuitive perception of information,a better user experience.Video technology is a comprehensive application technology based on the development of computer technology,digital processing technology,network communication technology and multimedia technology.The video acquisition card is the core part of video technology.In turn,it performs a series of actions,such as the acquisition of data,the conversion of digital and analog data,the storage of data,the encoding and decoding of video,and the playback of video.With the advent of TI's Davinci series of chips,video technology has made a qualitative leap and cross-time significance.The Davinci series provides developers with all the tools what they need,such as development boards,video acquisition routines,development packages,drivers,and system software,so that developers don't spend too much time on the most basic aspects of design,but instead devote all their energy to the added value of developing products.This paper mainly discusses the hardware and software design of video acquisition card,which supports high speed network communication and data acquisition.It can be compatible with PCI and CPCI bus,and can communicate and interact with the above machine.The paper first compares the chip of TI company of Davinci series,and after considering many factors,chooses TMS320DM6467 DSP chip as the core processor of this card.Then the paper introduces the performance and characteristics of the chip from different aspects,introduces the design of the principle diagram of each hardware module in detail,and puts forward the corresponding considerations and requirements for PCB wiring.Then the construction and test routine of the system software are introduced briefly.Then the physical photos of the board card are given,the debugging process of each functional interface of the video collection card is introduced one by one,the video collection function is verified,and the image quality at different code rates is compared.The test results show that,All functional properties of the board card meet initial design requirements.At last,this paper summarizes the work and further prospects.It is hoped that after this board card passes the verification of the long-term complex environment of the system-level launch test,the corresponding design and production documents can be solidified,and this board card can be made into a standardized shelf plate card,and the application of engineering quantification can be realized as soon as possible.We will effectively make up for the deficiencies in video collection,especially in military products,break the monopoly position of foreign manufacturers,and provide a strong technical guarantee for winning the information-based,digitalized and intelligent war on the battlefield in the future.
