| With the development of microelectronic technology and video image processing technology, large scale integrated circuit chips or customized chips is replacing computer based off-line image processing system. Modern large-capacity high-speed FPGA and the corresponding SOPC technology has provided a solution for image acquisition and processing.This paper developed a multi-format of the image acquisition system, which use FPGA-based high-quality single-chip video decoder. This system will be used for automated output video test system test. The test system design process is that, test product image signal transmitted through the output interface, through the A/D converted digital signal decoder, the data acquisition module collect output image signal of each pixel, and compare with pre-existing Serial Flash value, the final will be transferred back to the test software.This paper firstly analyzes the status of the image acquisition system, to compare the different features of FPGA, DSP, ASIC chips, which used in image acquisition and processing system, according to project objectives proposed FPGA-based image acquisition and processing system. After analysis of the whole testing system, start design system architecture, and chip selection. Design uses top-down approach, the FPGA is divided into four modules:data acquisition module, I2C bus module, SPI bus modules, and data processing module.Upon completion of the design of each module. Simulation is done to verify each module function, real machine testing proved the correctness and feasibility of the program. |
