Design And Implementation Of Six Degree Backstage Management System

With the intervention and influence of information technology,people's way of thinking is changing slowly,the traditional enterprise management is also facing revolutionary change,the organization and management mode will be connected with informatization closely so as to improve the competitiveness and economic benefits.Backstage management system is an important part of enterprise informatization management,administrators can know about the overall operating performance,improving the efficiency of staff,promoting the internal communication by it.The six degree system is an enterprise backstage management system which based on B/S architecture,using Python language with Django development framework.This system can achieve the following functions:(1)display enterprise data;(2)personnel management and department management;(3)announcement management;(4)statistical bank bills and graphic display;(5)setting up attendance information,analysing attendance data and graphic display;(6)designing form templates,viewing the examination and approval of user form;(7)rights management.This system passed function test,pressure test and compatibility test by using JMETER tool and serveral major browsers,and recorded the interfaces information with the aid of RAP interface management toll for later maintenance work.Enterprise will improve the work efficiency and reduce the expenditure of manpower,financial and energy greatly by this platform.
