Research On Enterprise Informatization Management Of L Company

With the development of information technology,the popularization of computer and the spread of network technology,more and more enterprises have paid more attention to the application of information management.The informatization management system used within the enterprise,which can meet the development needs of the enterprise,will directly affect the future development of the enterprise and its competitiveness in the field.It is of far-reaching significance for enterprises to maintain a long-term and healthy development by improving the its informatization management.This paper selected the informatization management of L company as the research object,based on the related theories of informatization and information management system.Through the investigation on L company development in recent years and its construction of internal information management system,we have found out the problems that are not conducive to the enterprise's operation and development,and have provided corresponding suggestions to solve these problems based on in-depth analysis.This paper mainly adopted the combination of theory and practice in the course of the study,to analyze the present enterprise management of L company based on the PEST analysis.The proposed suggestions are in view of the actual problems of L company,focus on the normalization and practicability in the actual enterprise management,aim to reduce the cost and improve work efficiency as much as possible.We expect that the proposed suggestions can meet the requirement for the reasonable operation of the enterprise;simultaneously,this study can provide an effective basis for the enterprise to make important decisions,also hope it can provide reference significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same and similar fields.
