| This research is based on Maslow's thought which divides the information needs of the new generation of migrant workers into for types,Basic life,Health care,the Rights keeping and social security,Education development.Then learning fromprevious research results and attributing the influence factors into five aspects,Individual traits,Transfer characteristics,Adaptive characteristics,Information environment characteristics.Based on this,a questionnaire was designed and five-point scale tools were used to investigate the information needs of the new generation of migrant workers.According to theoretical and empirical results,the four major factors affecting the new generation of migrant workers were analyzed.This discusses the information needs of the new generation of migrant workers and the difficulty of information acquisition and proposes targeted library information service measures.This is a useful attempt in the research field of new generation of migrant workers' information needs. |
