| Because of the constant change of the information environment,libraries have been impacted to a certain extent.In order to cope with the current competitive information service environment,it is necessary to listen to the voices of users.Only the perception of users is the most important.Only when users feel that the library is valuable to them,can they use the library and become loyal users of the library.Therefore,evaluating the perceived value of library users and finding out the strategies and methods to enhance the perceived value should be the issues that libraries need to care about..On the basis of a full summary of the existing research,through literature analysis and in-depth interviews with library experts and readers,this study designs the questionnaire of this study,investigates library users in some universities in Shan xi Province,gradually modifies and improves it in the test,and explores the relationship between user perceived value and library user satisfaction and loyalty.Relationship.In this study,250 formal questionnaires and 210 valid questionnaires were distributed to the users of University Libraries in Shan xi.Through data processing and statistical analysis,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The library user perceived value scale adopted in this study has good reliability and validity.2.There is a significant positive correlation between user perceived value and library user satisfaction and loyalty.3.In the variables of user's personal characteristics,except that there is no significant difference between gender and user's perceived value and each influencing factor,there are significant differences among the other variables of personal characteristics among one or more of the four variables: functional value,emotional value,social value and perceived cost.Finally,on the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the service of University Libraries surveyed for reference by the relevant management departments of colleges and universities. |
