Research On The "Representative/Members' Channel" Press Release

The "two sessions" press release represents the highest level of news release in China's major events,and is the best case for studying the news release work in China.In 2018,the National"Two Sessions" News Center opened the "Representative Channel"and"Members' Channel" for the first time,invited representatives and committee members to make appearances,and set up an agenda before the stage to respond to public concern.This article takes "representative/committee channel" as the research object.From the perspective of news release,it mainly answers how it is published.Where is the new?What is the reason for this release?And the lack and perfection of such a new way of publishing news.The article is divided into five chapters.The introduction explains the basic concepts and operational logic of the article and lays the theoretical foundation for the following.The second chapter summarizes the issues of science and technology,education,poverty alleviation,medical care,transportation,etc.on the "channel" by summarizing the representatives of the "channels" and summarizing how to publish the news.The third chapter answers its new changes as a new thing,narrative and voice presentation of news release:macro narrative representation,news event scene,and fusion communication.The fourth chapter explores the reasons,from the communication policy,the mass media,the audience and other aspects to analyze the reasons for such a release.The study found that "channel" communication is more like a subtle news design,with ritualized and stylized traces.The last chapter of this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the "representative/committee channel" and proposes countermeasures to make the "channel" type of news release more perfect:the official discourse of the government and the media,the elite discourse of the members,and the folk discourse formed by the majority of netizens.The three discourse subjects actively cooperated,and the three parties worked together to continuously seek the connection between political discourse communication and the spirit of the times,so that the "channer" news release would be better applied to the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
