With the rise of the Internet and the popularity of e-commerce,there are more and more development modes combining traditional industries with e-commerce.The rise of fresh e-commerce is also to adapt to social development.The key point of this paper is the research on the distribution of fresh e-commerce in the same city.Taking nanchang A fresh e-commerce company as an example,the research content starts with the distribution problems in recent years of company A's development,and USES AHP,principal-agent theory and hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the problems in different stages.This paper first makes a theoretical elaboration on the distribution problem of fresh e-commerce studied,sorts out the research process at home and abroad,and adopts methods such as literature review,expert interview and field investigation to solve the problem.One of A company needs to solve the first problem is the choice of distribution mode,with the increase of business A company,the shipping line gradually increase,about buying their own cars or distribution business outsourcing or joint distribution pattern between managers,in order to solve this problem,this article adopts AHP multi-level analysis,from the distribution in the process of A company under the four areas of 12 indexes,find industry experts,make A judgment matrix,calculating weights of each distribution way,finally it is concluded that the optimal distribution mode is three kinds of distribution mode according to the proportion of different coordination work.The last question of the study is the optimization of distribution line,A company has always been the arrangement of the distribution line is carried out in accordance with the experience and habits,never to the theoretical calculation,the experience alone is not reasonable,so as the last part of the solution of the hybrid genetic algorithm,according to the algorithm to develop A WEB application.When the new customer,first through the baidu system for customer location latitude and longitude coordinates,then add customer accurate longitude and latitude into database,system can quickly obtain distribution vehicle by baidu map navigation system from distribution center to new customers and new customers with distance and travel time between other customers,based on these new data,set up the corresponding parameters can be quickly delivery is planning out a new line.By hybrid genetic algorithm for the distribution of line with the company's current actual distribution route is used to contrast,we found that,in accordance with the hybrid genetic algorithm for the route of delivery,can reduce the distribution vehicle running,and can save distribution range of the vehicle,thereby helping to fresh electricity company save shipping costs. |
