The development of many high-tech such as big data,internet of things(IOT),artificial intelligence,relies on the information collection technique.The radio frequency identification technique as an important means of information collection,plays an increasingly important role.UHF RFID technology has many advantages such as fast transmission speed,long distance and strong anti-interference ability.It has gradually become the focus of research at home and abroad,and will appear in every corner of our lives in the future.Through the SystemC,the paper studies how to design an RFID digital baseband system using a system-level design approach.The paper adopts the communication protocol standard ISO/IEC 18000-6C,studies various codecs specified by the standard,and gives the implemented algorithm structure.A complete SoC model is built by software and hardware collaborative design.The model includes processor model,digital baseband processing unit model,bus model and software model.The processor model is a model built for the OR1200 open source processor.The digital baseband processing unit includes a reader and a tag.The bus model uses the Wishbone open source bus protocol.The software model includes partial protocol implementation and system peripheral control.The design results of the system model are simulated by Modelsim and Visual C++ for functional simulation to obtain the correct model and give the analysis results.After the model verification function conforms to the standard,the model is highly integrated through the high-level EDA tool Catapult C Synthesis.The synthesis report includes the area,critical path,RTL circuit,etc.Finally,the functional verification of the system is implemented on the EDA tool,which confirms the advantage of the ESL design method in terms of time cost.
