The rapid development of the global economy lets consumer-culture change,the arrival of the experience economy and the dramatic changes in consumption patterns have led to an escalation of the service experience.The cultural and creative industries have grown by leaps and bounds in the experience economy.Hangzhou's cultural and creative industries have also developed rapidly due to her intangible cultural heritage resources such as urban history and culture and characteristic handicrafts.In the context of a policy-oriented environment,the museum's cultural and creative industries have followed the trend of cultural development and have become the focus of attention.Firstly,the study states a detailed review of cultural and creative products,discusses its specific classification and its relationship with the museum,and lays the foundation for the service experience research.Investigating the Cultural and Creative Products of the museums in Hangzhou,and analyzing the overall service experience process and the general advantages and disadvantages.Then provide a set of contact innovation research methods to study the overall service experience and various contacts of Cultural and Creative Products products in Hangzhou area museum.Finally,through the data analysis of the survey and the contact innovation analysis of the blue pattern example,the service experience design strategy of the museum in Hangzhou area is summarized,and it is hoped that the museum Cultural and Creative Products products can better extend the cultural function of the museum.
