The Construction And Empirical Study Of The Social Benefit Evaluation System Of China's Listed Publishing Enterprises

In recent years,with the support of national policies and the favorable environment,the cultural industry gradually has a warm-up trend.As the publishing industry in the cultural industry,with the transformation of enterprises and the deepening of the reform of collectivization,many state-owned publishing groups,state-owned publishing enterprises and private publishing enterprises have been financing and listing in order to compete for the market.Some publishing enterprises in China blindly pursue attention economy but ignore social benefits,blindly cater to some readers' preferences,produce publications that lack of value guidance and unqualified content quality,and lead to confusion in the book market and imbalance in the structure of the book market.It shows that many publishing enterprises still do not make clear the proportion of economic and social benefits,nor pay attention to and face the importance of social benefits.On the basis of defining the concept of social benefit of publishing enterprises,this paper summarizes the current situation of development and social benefit evaluation and application of listed publishing enterprises,and gives an overview of the business management structure of publishing enterprises and the way to realize social benefits.After putting forward the problems existing in the social benefit evaluation system of the listed publishing enterprises in China,based on the importance of the construction of the social benefit evaluation system.Using qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,statistics,comprehensive evaluation method and other basic theories and methods to establish and study the social benefit evaluation system of listed publishing enterprises.It includes four aspects: market influence,publishing quality,social contribution and international influence.With the help of entropy method and TOPSIS method,the weight setting and comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation system are carried out.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated.It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between economic benefits and social benefits,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the listed publishing enterprises to improve the social benefits are given.
