Based On The Perspective Of Public Cultural Services In Shanghai University Museum Management Research

The university museum is a formal non-profit institution which is built in the university or under the administration of the university.University museums are mainly for the purpose of education,research and appreciation,to show to the public the evidence of human activities and the natural environment.As important public cultural facilities,university museums provide cultural products,cultural activities and other related services to the public.National museum development attaches great importance to colleges and universities.In May 2011,the administration of cultural heritage and the ministry of education jointly issued the notice on strengthening the construction and development of university museums,which clearly pointed out that university museums should be open to the public,which is a social non-profit organization dedicated to serving the development of higher education and social and cultural development.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new period,major social contradictions in China have changed.In the face of the people's more abundant public cultural needs,university museums are developing vigorously and there are many problems such as unbalanced regional distribution,low degree of openness,shortage of professional talents and backward development of cultural and creative products.In this paper,combined with the present construction of the university museum,management and operation with The Times the gap and the shortage of social service ability factor of social function,restrict the museum at the museum of Chinese colleges and universities,one of the most concentrated area of colleges and universities in Shanghai museum as the research object,through the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation,summary and analysis of colleges and universities in Shanghai museum management way,method and mechanism,innovation management mode,and the deficiency,in order to promote the quality and quantity of public cultural services provide countermeasures.
