Traditional Fourier Transform used to be applied to solve stationary signal, but high-dynamic GNSS signal is a type of time-variant non-stationary signal,it seems to be not enough to solve this type of signal.Fractional Fourier Transform is mentioned as the generalised form of Fourier Transform. It can process both general signal and time-variant non-stationary signal. So I mainly researches the application of Fractional Fourier Transform to High-dynamic Missile-born Receiver, and propose MF-FRFT algorithm based on FRFT,and realize the software design of the tracking loop of High-dynamic Missile-born Receiver. The design of the tracking loop is realized and simulation is done. The main work of this article includes:1、The analysis of Fractional Fourier Transform algorithm. This article analyzes the principle and features of Fractional Fourier Transform, compared the two main algorithm,closed-form algorithm and Ozaktas algorithm in every espect, and choose the algorithm to realize the design.2、The proposition of MF-FRFT algorithm and the research from processing gain, parameter estimation error and peak detection probability etc.How to use this algorithm to realize high-dynamic tracking is also analyzed.3、The software design of High-dynamic GNSS Missile-born Receiver: It expands the research on the tracking loop based on MF-FRFT algorithm. It realises the whole process from the formation of carrier signal to the tracking loop, the whole realization process is given. At last the core module, the tracking loop is realized by closed-form algorithm, and makes it meet the need of high-dynamic.Test is also done. The shortcoming of this design and the expectation to the future is given at the end of this article.
