Research On Optimization Of Data Acquisition Function Based On Audit AO System

As an important part of the national supervision system,auditing bears the responsibility of guarding state-owned assets resources,maintaining the national financial discipline,and defending the national financial and economic regulations.With the revision of the financial system and continuous upgrading of financial software,the audit must have the ability to seamlessly interface with many financial software to cope with such upgrade changes.At present,the Golden Audit Project has become one of the national audit systems in China.It has initially built an office and business application system based on application platforms and data sharing.It has launched a network audit pilot project and explored ways to achieve the auditing model with budget tracking and network verification.The collection and conversion of data is crucial for the entire project,but this function is currently subject to the data template in use.The data template is a system default and lacks flexibility.Once the related software is upgraded,the template does not work.The late updating of the back-office template has limited the current role of the software and made it impossible for the auditors to collect data on the upgraded system in 2013Through the study of data acquisition related templates and interfaces,this paper realizes the optimization of data acquisition function,which makes it more convenient for the basic level auditors to operate.This time,with the aim of improving the data acquisition function,the data acquisition model established has formed an autonomous identification of different data through the improvement of the interface.After data processing,it has become a standard format data,and thus entered the auditing AO system.As one of the strengths of the model,this interface shows the effect of fast compatibility with different types of data.The innovation of this paper lies in the optimization of the whole process from project level to organization level according to the concept of data acquisition process domain,from the management field to development to testing to the end of the project.
