| At present,along with our country vigorously develops the infrastructure business,places in order to speed up the urbanization process,many problems have appeared during the period of construction enterprises managing the actual performance project.Now the overall command of some construction projects is in a monthly reporting status,and the control of people,materials,machines and other costs is still in the way of meetings.The time of the contractor's data reporting to the headquarters is often lagging behind.In addition,some project departments are in a decentralized management state.Their criteria for the review and management standard are not uniform,the historical data are inconvenient to search,causing the backward and unclear management of the project departments' material and the construction enterprise's suppliers.In a word,all of these are not conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises.This dissertation firstly analyzes the demand function of the construction enterprise project information management system and identify the major problems that are faced with the current organizations.According to enterprise's daily production and management work,the line of business process and the analyse of performance requirement,the system is divided into six functional modules—owner's contract review and management module,Project target cost setting module,project progress management module,quality safety management module,project cost management module and material management module.Above all,the project cost management module and material management module are the core content of influencing corporate management cost after signing the general contract of engineering project.In the basis of business requirement of construction enterprise project information management system,and through the application of project cost management module,the project cost management is divided into five linear process modules in this dissertation——subcontractor access management module,subcontract management function module,expected management module,payment management module and final settlement module.In terms of system implementation,the system designs from the underlying database to the client in turn by using the B/S structure.In perspective of system security,the system uses hardware for system authentication by the way of JAVA interface integration development,in order to ensure the system login security.The system architecture adopts the three-layer structure development model,and the rear-end is MS SQL Server 2008 and file system,which constitutes the information storage platform.By applying the construction enterprise project information management system to achieve a normalized and standardized administration of the entire project management process,it is conducive to guaranteeing the real-time dynamic data analysis of project management,the overall control of project construction schedule and quality,the reduction of construction safety risk and the achievement of controlling the project management cost.Through the whole process management of the project,subcontract process data can be charted and systematized,and the system will certainly become an important data support in senior management's decision making process. |
